Last night was Caroline and Luke’s first time to trick-or-treat! We went over to some friends’ house and had a pizza dinner then it was off to beg for candy! Caroline and Luke wore their costumes (again!) and had a big time:
After we covered most of the block, we headed back to the house for some fun with glow sticks and to answer the door for other trick-or-treaters:
We were worn out after all that, but we had a great time!
In other news, our little man is 5 months old today! He’s growing so fast and we’re having so much fun with him! He caught Caroline’s cough/cold over the weekend, so he’s not feeling to great, but he’s still happy:
He weighs around 16 1/2 pounds and is wearing mostly 9-month clothes now. He is still in size 2 diapers and probably size 2 or 3 shoes (if he had any!). His schedule is similar, but I’ve been giving him rice cereal and oatmeal for the past few weeks at night, but he wasn’t too crazy about either. Then last week I introduced green beans and he ate them pretty well, so maybe he just wanted a little more flavor. We’ll be going through the rest of the veggies in the next few weeks, so hopefully he’ll like those too!
When my mom was here a few weeks ago, she brought some of her old album books from when I was a baby. We thought Luke looks a lot like me – see what you think!
