February: first half

The month got a bit of a rough start with Caroline having fever for a few days. It turned out to be nothing but a virus, but she was sad to miss school again. Nothing a little pack-n-play turned ball-pit can’t fix!

Then we started really working on the house and have finally! gotten it ready for the realtor to come take pictures for the online listing.

It’s finally seeming real that we’ll (hopefully) be moving again soon! Now if we could just decide where to live and find a house we like!

First time roller skating – we took the kids and some kids from the school where Chris tutors and had fun. Caroline wasn’t too sure about it, but she tried! Luke just jumped in the inflatable – no skating for him.

Valentine’s Day was fun and hectic this year. Chris and I both had had a super busy week trying to get the house stuff done and him trying to get everything finished up at his old job and started for his new job. But the kids had fun getting their Valentine’s ready for their friends at school. And of course, getting the candy at the school party!

By the way, Luke’s hair is getting SO long in the back! I’m going to have to get it cut soon, but I’m so nervous it’ll look bad because it’s so fine! And I don’t really want him to have a bowl cut. Def going to take him to a professional!

We ended up going to Schlotzky’s for dinner to avoid the crowds and me having to cook, ha! And my sweet hubby got me roses and a cookie cake - it was fun to be together!
