Doctor Visit and Early Egg Hunt

Last week Luke had been coughing and congested and not sleeping well so I decided to take him to the doctor. She thought it might be allergies or just a cold, so she put him on antibiotics and a nasal spray. Then Friday we got together with some friends for an early Easter egg hunt. It was one of the first warm spring-like days and it was perfect! The kids played on the playground for a bit when we first got there. Luke was kind of in a funk and just wanted to swing, but Caroline had fun with the boys:

Caroline had a great time and Luke warmed up and picked up some eggs too. He was better after some soy milk and a snack!

I was SO glad Chris could get off work early that day to help me with the kids, and he even brought us lunch to have a picnic there! And we were even able to get a family shot, which we probably haven’t gotten since Christmas!

We had so much fun and it was so good to get outside and enjoy the beautiful weather together!
