Blood test results

I got a call from the nurse this morning saying that my hormone levels came back higher than last week so that was a good sign. But the doctor thought with those levels that they should have seen something on the ultrasound and heard a heartbeat last week. So she wants me to come in for another ultrasound on Thursday morning to make sure everything is okay. I am a little worried, but am hopeful that everything will be okay since I haven't had a LOT of bleeding and am still feeling signs of pregnancy like nausea and tenderness in certain places... so hopefully I'll be able to spill the beans to our families this weekend!!
