Turkey Day!

We had a busy week last week for Thanksgiving. We drove up to Caesar's Head, South Carolina to meet up with Chris' family and extended family (22 people total). We rented a couple of houses in the mountains and all stayed together. We had a great time and Caroline was really sweet. She slept most of the long drive and let everyone pass her around while we were there. It was great to have so many "babysitters"! We had some food catered and people brought the rest and cooked up a big meal for Thanksgiving day. Everything was delicious! After a time of feasting we had a time to say what we were thankful for. There is too much to list, but we thanked God for each other and our sweet (and healthy!) little Caroline and our jobs and our families. Words cannot express how blessed we feel every day!
The next day we did only a little shopping and then had a nice birthday dinner out for Chris' granddad. Then on Saturday, Chris and some others went for a little hike to view Raven Cliff Falls. To see pictures from the week, go to our picasa site.
Here's one of our little Turkey :)
