Last weekend, Chris’ family came to visit. They arrived late on Friday so we had some fun planned for Saturday. It was a beautiful morning and perfect for Tate Farms! The kids headed straight for the corn cribs and had a blast jumping and “swimming” in the corn. We could hardly get them out to do other things!
Check out these acrobatics!
Chris even joined in the fun:
Then the kids rode the corn train/tractor ride – I was surprised when Luke wanted to ride by himself!
Next we headed over to the hay ride to the pumpkin patch:
Can you spot my little punkin’ among the pumpkins?
The kids played on the playground equipment for a while and really enjoyed the BIG slide! Luke continued his independent streak and went by himself over and over :). Then we headed over to the big pillow for some jumping:
And finished up with the hay maze and some posed shots:
It was such a fun day and beautiful weather! Plus, it was opening weekend and wasn’t that crowded so it was a perfect day!
