Wow! Where did this month go?! We got home from Thanksgiving in Jackson and went right in to Christmas festivities! A few days later we got our tree:
Then the kids had their Christmas program at school:
My little cow all white and red and sad little angel:
Then I was busy getting the house ready for a ladies’ ornament swap I was hosting for our old Sunday school class:
Then Caroline and I went to see the Disney princesses on ice for one of her friend’s birthday. The girls were so excited and so cute in their princess crowns:
My little elves:
This little girl was SO excited about Christmas this year – she’s a little reindeer and Ms. Claus:
For most of December (while we were home anyway), we did this:
And a month later, he’s got the tee-tee down, but is still inconsistent with his BMs and has had many accidents :(. He will go potty at home and school, but not anywhere else! Oh well, we’ll get there someday!
I tried to so something new and fun for the kids this year: a little felt tree they could decorate themselves, over and over again! It was a cute idea, but it wouldn’t stay on the wall. I’ll have to try stronger tape next year!
I love Christmas clothes and especially Christmas PJs! I couldn’t get a great one of the kids together, but here are a few decent ones:
Some other fun things we did were the Tinsel Trail downtown (these were some of our favorites):
and a visit to the house that goes all out for Christmas and even has Santa by the front door! They even have little playhouses full of lights and animated characters:
Next up, Christmas Day post! We took SO many more pictures this month - check the rest of them out on our picasa site.
